  It was right in the heart of downtown and was so easy to go everywhere on foot. No added expense for taxi's or parking.

  The only critique I could give is that the pool was not open as late as I would have liked. It closed at 10 p.m.

  My bf and I stayed here for only one night in a whirlpool room. The room also had a fireplace which was nice and worked great. The entire room was VERY clean it was a great stay. Upon our arrival we were at the ice machine and saw a cleaning lady delivering a fridge to another room, since we were filling up on a tonne of ice she asked if we would like one in our room, she found a fridge and delivered it to our room immediatly! The pool is in a weird location but that didnt bother us and we didnt use it anyway. Hotel is right beside Nightmares and accross the street from Nigara Casino and a waterpark. We would definatly go back to this hotel!

  We were down in the area for a funeral ....and chose Hampton Inn because we have stayed at others and had good sleeps there..very important!!!.... will most likely return............

  It was close to everything that we wanted to do.

  The room could use a remodel......... as the jet tub was very old and dirty looking. Did not feel comfortable using. Room 237

  the staff was very nice. location was great. room was clean.

  the room was out dated and the wallpaper was yellowing and peeling at the top of the walls and around the window. we spent clot of money on the room i was expecting more in terms of it being less "weathered". this was our romantic weekend away and the room was a disappointment.

  Great location, comfortable room, free parking, free breakfast.

  Hotel/lobby could use a little "sprucing up". Also, indoor pool is open to the lobby area so smells of chlorine in the lobby/breakfast dining area.

  The ease when checking in.Very friendly people.Easy acess to breakfast area and pool. The whole time was a very enjoyable experience. My daughter and I have benn coming to the Falls for the past 5 or 6 years in August to celebrate her birthday. This was our first time with Hampton but will not be the last.We will be back again at the end of August.

  friendly accommodating staff. Clean room. Lots of choice at the Continental Breakfast in the morning. 5 minute walk to the top of Clifton Hill.

  No complaints at all. Except we reserved two King size bed rooms (with Booking .com) and they had record of only one room being reserved. Thankfully they had another room available for our family members, Otherwise that would have been a Big problem for us. Don't know whose fault that was.

  Very nice hotel, good price considering that includes breakfast (buffet), parking is free and there is also a nice small indoors pools for young children. It is located 10 to 15 minutes walk to Niagara falls. We spent a nice weekend with our young daughter.

  was located within walking distance to most attractions. Staff was friendly

  Main courtyard has an open pool so the whole fornt of hotel smeels of chlorine, ammenities of hotel are not worth the room rate, was not told that a majority of the hotel was booked by a children's sports league and took a vactation to get away from children only to hear screamiing children and children running up and down halls and using elevators all day. Also rooms have no windows and open into the main courtyard which again reeks of chlorine. Also was told online when booking the hotel that it had smoking rooms. This was not the case as the whole hotel was smoke free. The only reason I booked this hotel was for the smoking. If I wanted a smoke free hotl I would have paid the same price and stayed directly at the casino resorts, This hotel totally did not meet expectations and the room rate is way more expensive then should be provided that the ammenities are severly lacking.
